The Lonza Pension Fund is one of the biggest owners of real estate in Visp. PKL's real estate portfolio contains older as well as very new residential complexes with rental apartments in the best locations. PKL also owns a residential complex with rental apartments in Sissach. The real estate portfolio is constantly expanded with the support of an external portfolio management team and a technical and commercial management team. This includes major planned projects in the Bäret and Kleegärten quarters. PKL also holds real estate investments via investment foundations.
